She serves as VP of the National Art Honor Society, liaison for the Black Student Union, and Harford County Public Library Student Representative. Isabella advocates for peers through UProoted Chesapeake, established Harford County’s first Little Free Library, and promotes literacy and community engagement.

Alexmi Kai Lugo Frasqueri, 13, is an 8th grader at Havre de Grace Middle School. A Hispanic military child, he volunteers at the Havre de Grace Library, leads pop tab drives for the Ronald McDonald House, and partners with local schools and police for donations. Kai is dedicated to serving his peers and community while embracing his cultural and military roots.

She joined this organization to strengthen her connection with her Indian culture and to make a meaningful impact in the community.
